I found out yesterday that I will be doing research on one of the coolest/cruelest people in the history of the world. Most of you know him as Dracula but his real name is Vlad the Impaler. I will be doing research for a book that will be sponsored by the History Channel. Not to mention there might be a sweet chance that I might get to go to Europe to visit Transylvania in the summer to do more in depth research.
This is of course the same guy that instead of just killing you he would impale your body on a post. Not to mention this method was used to frighten off invaders. Of course what goes around comes around because he himself was impaled when he was caught by the Turks.
