What a weekend!

What a weekend this Memorial Day weekend turned out to be. I got the chance to meet some of the guys on our team and I got the chance of a lifetime driving the team car in the caravan. Nothing like watching a road race from a string of cars behind the race itself and hearing the officials and talk to each other and giving splits to team officials was pretty cool. Even though our team dropped out of the race by the 27th mile it was still pretty sweet to be part of this experience.
The only part of this weekend that really sucked however was the long ass ride up to Traverse City Michigan. 14.5 hours of bus riding up and 11hours of car driving home was worth it to hear some of the funniest things I have ever heard. Whether it was the Wabash jokes aimed at Jack or the multiple quotes from Ryan ("I am good at 2 things, bike racing, and making girls do some crazy stuff").
Oh well know it is time to get back to racing and try to get my ass ready to win a state title on the road in 2 weeks.
